Gold Player LF Duo or Team - Details Inside

Hey, I've been playing League for about 5 years now, since beta. I reached Gold V about a week ago and am struggling to get further with all these players. It's even harder than silver. People in my rank think they're the best and have huge egos.

I main ADC in Solo Q bc I feel like it's the only role and can efficiently climb with. I can also play top very well. I actually would highly prefer it in teams.
