add Nuklear in game

Was originally d4/d5 before quitting for most of season 5. That account decayed to p4 and I decided to make a smurf to get back into the game. Its currently silver 2 but I plan on climbing it to at least high plat pretty quickly.

I mostly play bot lane, but I can play mid/top at a semi reasonable level
