LF Duo partner Silver 1+ pref

I'm a top main looking for a mid or adc duo preferably. I was gold 2 last season and I was placed in silver 1 this season. I Need some help and another positive player to help me back into gold. To be clear I want this to be a long term duo arrangement, at least until the summer. I would also prefer a seasoned player who started in season 1, mostly because I think its more likely we'll have a similar play style and similar views on the game/champions/meta.

I'm hoping to find someone in about the same situation as me, but I draw the line at anyone less than gold last season.

About me: I have played consistently since the beginning of season one I used to only play jax, but now I play other top laners like teemo and riven. I never have played more than one or two games a day until more recently, hence I'm still basically where I started. I play a few games a night on weekdays (usually between 6-10pm est) and a few random games during the weekends. I'm not very interested in using skype or other voice chat programs.
