New Serious Ranked 5's Team Recruiting Gold+ (ADC, Support, and Subs Needed)

Introduction

   The goals of this team are to improve and communicate well. We seek to make 3 practices a week and to eventually enter tournaments. We seek dedication and maturity. We are currently in the team building process and we will not be tournament ready day 1.  The team average is gold, but I would like to mention that solo queue is not the priority. Your communication, attitude and willingness to improve and cooperation are highly weighted. However, we will also be looking to see if you meet a minimum skill requirement.

Team Schedule

   The team strives to meet 3-4 times a week on Fridays-Mondays at 9-2pm EST. However, on Mondays we meet at 1PM EST. Your dedication will be measured by how consistently you make practice and for what reasons you decide to put practice off.

PS. There is a little wiggle room with the schedule on the currently selected days, so if you can still make the 4 days above but can't make the specific times talk to us and we will see what we can work out.

Current tryout role: Support, Subs

ADC, The ADC is the powerhouse of the team. We are looking for an ADC with heavy mechanical skill who can kite and position well in team fights. We generally run skirmishing team compositions and so the ADC will need to be in cooperation with the team on rotations and early / mid game fights. Being in tune with the support will also be important.

SUPPORT, We are looking more aggressive style supports. Definitely bring your best Leona game. However, we also are looking for an understanding of or a willingness to learn most support champions. We like supports with a lot of utility as we tend to focus on skirmish based compositions. Remember communication and dedication. As with all players on the team we want someone who is dedicated and willing to put in extra time because they love the game and the competitiveness of ranked 5's.

SUB, A sub is a team member who fills the slot of a full time team member when he/she can’t make practice. As for subs we are looking for a general understanding of all the roles and a tendency to be available. You may not be asked to sub often or you may be called to sub the whole week. We will be looking for 2 -3 different subs.

Tryout Process Tryout will start on Friday October 9th – Monday October 12th Following the timed schedule listed above. We will take 2 applicants per day and will play 2-3 game with each; providing them a 2 ½ hour block to tryout with. Your slot will be chosen by us based on when you tell us you are available, we will do our best to make sure everyone has an available time and we hold the power to move your slot but will not do so without letting you know. Be sure you are available for the entirety of your slot or you will automatically be disqualified. If you are interested in being a sub tryouts will be separate and generally less involved.

UPDATES

10/7/2015 As of now the Support tryout slots are filled. We will be taking applications on a first come first served basis. However you may still apply, as we go i will be checking the applicants and if someone drops or can not make their tryout slot i will find the next available applicant. We still need more ADC applicants to fill the tryout slots.

10/7/2015 I have begun the process of getting in contact with all applicants. If you have a tryout slot i have sent you a friend's request and would like to confirm your availability. Also, we still have room for more ADC tryouts. And even though we are running full you can still apply in the event that someone does not make their tryout slot we are taking first come first serve.

10/10/2015 We could still use some more ADC applications. tryouts are underway now and anyone who applies can begin tryouts almost immediately.
