Ranked 5 vs 5

Yesterday I tried my first Ranked match and lost about 5 times in a row after attempting it. I finally won one match and was moved to bronze III but it made me realize that I need a team if I'm going to even attempt rank because there was nearly no communication within the matches I lost and furthermore I still have a lot to learn about all the champions and correct build styles. So if there are any groups out there willing to help a bro out let me know.
