Looking For Dedication In A Team

Short, sweet, and to the point: I'm tired of randoms and losing provisionals to bad luck. I'm looking for a few dedicated people who wouldn't mind forming a team for both ranked play and for fun. I was Silver IV during Season 3, but now am forever stuck in Bronze II. Currently, I focus support with mainly I can also do but I'm open for going as any support.
