Foxtrot 5 Esports Coaches and Analysts Needed
INTRODUCTION
Foxtrot 5 Esports is a multiple game esports organization that aims to bring players together in order to boost the organization's presence and support across the scene and provide fun and creative content for its followers.
The organization is currently in the process of starting its own tournament series and creating a high-elo, very competitive League of Legends team.
We are looking for a dedicated coaching staff that will be working constantly with their designated team to improve the players' skill level and the team's strategy to help them easily secure games. The coaching staff will be responsible in providing the players with the knowledge and support they need in order to further their understanding of the game and learn about team cohesion. These roles involve tasks such as reviewing the teams' games to find weaknesses and aspects to improve upon, working with each player individually to pinpoint which aspect they need to work on most and providing the team with statistics and directions in every part of the game from pick-ban to the very late game.
We currently need a coach and an analyst for two platinum tier teams and for a top-elo team that will be in tryouts once a suitable coach and analyst can be found. The master tier team's coach and analyst(s) will be responsible with deciding which applicants for the high-elo are selected as starters and/or substitutes as the team is currently not yet formed.
Note that the coach's role is mainly leading the team towards improvement while the analyst mainly gathers information and statistics to provide the players.
Please not these roles are currently NON-PAYING as the organization is fairly new and without much support. Rest assured that in the event that things do kick off, we have contracts in place stating how the revenue is distributed (Sponsor revenue mainly goes towards brand-improvement while winnings from events are mainly distributed among the winning team)
