Gold 3 top lf serious team

hello, i am looking for a serious gold+ team. I have a lot of experience on ranked 5's and I treat them very seriously

IGN:I Win Top Age:17 Time Zone:central Rank: gold 3 Top 5 Champs: Shen, Irelia, Fiora, Jayce, and Gnar Strengths:very goog at adapting to the meta, laning phase,tp plays, communication, team fighting Weaknesses. can over extend with out deep enough wards (I always ward but some times they aren't it the best spot)
