Casual Player Looking for a team 3v3 , 5v5, and duo

Hey guys. I'm fairly new to this community. I started playing last fall. It's a pretty good game. I made it to silver 4 and had to learn the game very quickly as you can imagine. This season I placed in bronze 4. Very frustrating considering I dominated most of the matches and still lost. I am looking for a team to grow with and learn from. I do not want to b carried through the brackets. I enjoy earning a good victory. I am a pretty universal player. My weakness is top, mostly because I haven't played it much. I am strongest as sup and mid. I am currently in college, so I don't have hours upon hours to practice like most hardcore teams want, but I am usually on everyday from 12-2pm eastern and most evenings.
