Paid/Sponsored team looking for Master/Challenger Players

Hi everyone, I'm SLG Shadow, and I am interested in managing Seems Legit Gaming, which will consist of top tier talent. I used to play on/ partially manage the team, but it didn't work out for various reasons. However, I am now looking to devote my full time to managing Seems Legit Gaming and help the players grow as individuals and as a team.
I have already grown some social media profiles for the team, in order to gain exposure, and will continue to grow these profiles as the team progresses. I can also grow streams/other channels for my players, so they can get partnered quickly and make money when the team isn't practicing. We are also partnered with an up and coming sponsored team called Escalate Legion Gaming, which will help us out tremendously.
Requirements:
- Be Master/Challenger in solo queue and/or ranked 5's (if ranked 5's, must have been a core player of the team) -Ages 17+ -Be able to make time on weekends (specifically Sunday) for tournaments
Goals: [ ] Get the team to Challenger (At this point, I will begin to pay players - not a huge amount, but still helps) [ ] Win Go4lol Tournaments [ ] Make it into a high level amateur league (At this point, or even when it looks like we're getting close to this goal, I will get us a gaming house) [ ] Make it into the LCS (a lofty, long term goal)
Once a player has been on the team for a month, I will pay for their name change, if they would like one.
** Each founding player will own 10% of the team (which means that they will receive a minimum of 10% of what the team earns) - The rest will be devoted to providing analysts/coaches/investors a share of the team, as well as myself.**

Wednesday 6pm-1am
Friday 7:15pm-1am
Saturday 6pm-1am
