silver 1 mid main looking for ranked 5 team or tourney team add - hiss

I am a silver 5 player mainly play top and I am wondering on starting my own tourney team and I was wondering if you would like to join. Most players that are making tourny teams for this Elo are stubborn and don't really care so much about it , as much as they care about the league of each player.
This team is gonna be a dedicated team that is gonna be doing team bonding through ranked 5s and eventually through tournaments.
