Plat adc LFT

Hiya! As it says, I'm an ADC main currently plat 5. Season 5 was my first season, so I feel pretty good about accomplishing plat and feel I have a lot of room to learn and further improve. I'm looking to join a serious ranked 5's team (and/or potential support duo!). My main champions with the new patch are Vayne, Miss fortune, Jinx, and Caitlyn, but pre patch I also played a lot of Ashe and Sivir and would be comfortable picking them up again.
