Team Blaze (Gold and Under Team) In establishing a coaching staff.

Team Blaze currently sits 2-0 in the Gold and Under OLS Relegations. With that being stated; I’m currently looking to establish a full coaching staff. Filling these roles require the following requirements below:

Head Coach

Previous experience in coaching a League Of Legends team. A non-biased figure that can resolve disputes between arguing players. Knowledge of League of Legends. In-depth knowledge of competitive League Of Legends. Ability to read and prep the team for a fast changing metagame. As well as the ability to develop strategies well-suited for the team.

Analyst

In-depth knowledge of competitive League Of Legends. Must be able to provide information that helps the team improve.

Apart from the stated information above. Currently, the team doesn't have any form of payment. However, the Gold and Under OLS first place is $300+. If a coaching staff is established. The two people that occupy those roles will be compensated. Add me on league stating the role you'd wish to fill.
