**Rank Last Season + Rank this season: ** Reached Plat 2 in pre-season, currently Plat 4. Though my peak MMR in pre-season was around D5, I believe I could reach Plat1+ fairly quick. Just asking for your consideration and a chance to tryout.
Brief Summary about yourself: Live in Kansas City, MO (first to get google fiber :D). Started playing LoL towards the end of Season 3. Previously played WoW, reached Gladiator (similar to Challenger in LoL) on my Holy Paladin on the Kel'Thuzad server. I am a student at the University of Missouri studying Engineering. Though I still have time to play LoL, dw about it :p. I watch the LCS all the time and am really interested in getting involved in it. I would really like to be a part of a team that practices together often and tries to achieve the highest rank possible.
**Previous Ranked 5's experience: ** I don't have that much Ranked 5's experience, though I have been a part of a few different teams. I played on a team with 2 diamonds 2 plats and a gold and nearly all the teams we faced had at least 2 or 3 diamonds on them and we still went 4-1 but only got placed silver 1? Idk how that works lol.
Your dedication to the team: I've always been somewhat of an overachiever... be it a good or bad thing, it is what it is. I would practice with the team every chance I got and listen to any advice. I'm really looking for a team that wants to be as dedicated as me, wants to practice together all the time to get better, and just enjoys playing. Not a flaky one like most of the teams I've been on; never being able to play because people are never on at the same time.

Your dedication to the team: I can be on for most of the day on weekends. I may rage sometimes but if i do i will just mute my mic or other players in chat to let off some steam and get calmed down. I don't rage often however.

Brief Summary about yourself: I've beem playing the game since season 1. I've been in a couple teams but people always seem to quit instead of trying to work things out. I'm in school right now but I have a lot of time to play. Counter Strike 1.6 was the first game I played competitively and then I started playing league non-stop. I know every single champion, my champ pool is really big and I'm willing to practice whatever the team needs me to play. I also watch the LoL competitve scene (LCK, LCS, LPL). I just want to learn and get better as an individual and as a team.

Your dedication to the team: I will be really dedicated I'm always on time for practice and I play every single day I can also adjust my schedule to the team (to a certain point). I'm also ready to duo queue with the jungle and/or the top laner whenever we are not practicing. I really want a serious team that will strive to go forward.

Brief Summary about yourself: I've played league going on 5 years now. I started to play more competitively in ranked during season 3 which I jungled for several team including sponsors, after leaving league for several months towards the end of the season and most of season 4 I never looked for another 5's team to join until a short while ago. I've played an estimated 4,000 normals and 2000 ranked games. I've become a midlane main after migrating from top feeling the role wasn't quite what I wanted.
Previous Ranked 5's experience: Handful of startups that never had any real ambition and a couple serious teams that tore eachother apart in the end. I've played teamsports all my life so teamwork and being completely honest with eachother regardless of how nice it sounds is crucial to me.
Your dedication to the team: I am a very dedicated person, currently I spend an ungodly amount of time at my computer. I'm looking forward to dedicating myself to a group with the desire to achieve.

Brief Summary about yourself: I have played this game just before vayne was released. The meta was having ADC mid. It was a hilarious thing cause I played DOTA on wc3 and I knew that ADC in midlane isn't that great. oh man, the innocence~ Anyhow, I've grown each division every season, and I plan on getting to D1 or Master tier this season; I peaked at D3 then stopped playing ranked and decayed to D5.
Previous Ranked 5's experience: I've been on several teams, yet the furthest I've had was around plat4-5. I don't remember entering any type of tourney with the team however, and would like to experience that some day :3.
