Making a Serious Team (Gold+)

Hello,

I am going to hold try outs for a serious team that will be a late night team unless we are playing in a tournament. I am looking for members that are dedicated and loyal. Not team members that want to leave just because of one loss. I want to discuss after every win or loss on what we could have done better because regardless of win no one perfect. I am going to be the support of the team. I'll be trying out positions for Mid, ADC, top, and jungle. We will be playing between 9 or 10 PST till around 1 am probably. If you are interested please fill the application at the bottom and I'll add you within 30-40 mins of this post, and make sure to say thresh at the end of your application so I know you have read this whole thing. Hopefully by getting better as a team we will get better individually. We will be exchanging phone numbers so we can have a team group message. Must have curse

Role: ADC S4/S5 Rank: p1/ p5 Strength: Farming, Positioning Weakness: I don't hard carry, play more team oriented. Can have poor map awareness as well What Do you bring to the team: I play team oriented adcs (Like Sivir, Ashe, Varus. I'm not a shot caller but have no problem playing for the team.

Role:Mid S4/S5 Rank: G3/G5 Strength: Laning, shotcalling, warding, Pinging/communicating Weakness: Depending on what champ I'm playing I barely roam, map awareness sometimes lacks, team fighting can be better What Do you bring to the team: A very diverse champion pool (can play roughly 90% of mid champs at a high skill level), willing to take criticism, very easy going person but serious when it comes to ranked Additional Information you want to add: Haven't had time to play solo que much this season due to work but would love to play and grow with a ranked team. S4/S5 Rank: Gold 4 / Gold 5 currently on Silver 5 Ranked 5's team

Strength: Strong shotcalling, very team oriented, focused on objectives and high priority targets, big champ pool.

Weakness: Like to play different champs every game depending on match up and sometimes can throw team comps off, but easily worked out

What Do you bring to the team: Funny, positive player that will make suggestions and help all of us to become better players, not just myself.

Additional Information you want to add: Can play any roll as a fill, but would like to stick to just mid lane preferably.

I can play all of the ADC's some need work. Weakness: I can get very frustrated in a lane match up that should of won lane but losses very hard. Application: Role: Jungle S4/S5 Rank: Gold/Gold Strength: Ranked 5s experience. Good shot caller. Game knowledge of team comps and pick/ban phase. Vision control and knowledge of the enemy jungler. Mid synergy. Weakness: Top lane synergy needs work, and need to communicate with bot lane more. What Do you bring to the team: Good with team comps, pick and ban, rotations, item builds, etc. I think about the game pretty well on a conceptual level.
