Diamond 5 Support/Top Looking For Serious 5's Team

I am looking for a serious and very active ranked 5's team. I have been trying out multiple teams lately and just don't get anywhere because we only play a couple games each week. I used to main support, but for the sake of one of my teams I began learning top and have been very proficient at it. Although, I do play a carry-oriented style top lane.

Support Champion Pool: Janna, Alistar, Annie, Morgana, Thresh, Braum, Nami, Lulu Top Champion Pool: Maokai, Kassadin, Nidalee, Cassiopeia, Hecarim, Shen, Mundo, Shyvana, Fizz, Cho'gath

Those are all champions that I can play proficiently at a diamond level.
