Creating a Team LF Bronze-Gold Players

Hi, I am Cynical.(Real name is Elijah) I just created a ranked team. I would like only people that can be on every weekend. Let me repeat this so you know its important. I need people that will be on EVERY WEEKEND. If you are interested and will be on every weekend then keep reading.(I will not get mad if you have an emergency or you aren't allowed to play.) I am gonna list everything I look for in a player:

-Good Teamwork -Communicating well -Shotcalling -Sportsmanship -Put the team first

The next list is what is required:

-Curse Voice -Skype This is also a Bronze-Gold elo team.

Roles that are open; Top-Open(looking for sub) Jungle-Closed(looking for sub) Mid-Closed ADC-Open(looking for sub) Support-Open(looking for sub)

As a prior competitive counter strike player, I learned long ago not to get angry; but instead to look for ways to improve my gameplay. I am constantly asking myself what I could've done better.

- Why you want to join? I'm looking to reestablish myself in the competitive gaming scene. I have prior semi-pro experience in another game, and I would like to improve my gameplay enough to make it that far in League. I'm hoping to find a set of like-minded players that are wanting to improve. I'm not in it so much for the instant-gratification of winning every game. I actually want to get better.

- Pros of having you on the team? I currently have a pretty empty schedule, so I can make nearly any times. I have good communication and I am a great team player with objective awareness. I'm a mature player with honorable sportsmanship.

- Cons? I do not yet own (800 IP off), and I definitely need to practice more with , , , .

- Willing to learn? Always willing to learn and hear out constructive criticism. However, I am known to give constructive criticism as well. Not in a rude manner, but to help improve a players' gameplay.

-I rage sometimes, but only when I've had a bad day (gf problems, family life)-

-I can do any role, I have no one main but I'm a jack of all trades-

-I have 114 champions, the ones I don't have are: Diana, Leona, kha'zix, kalista, Lissandra, lucian, lulu, ziggs, maokai, nautilus, orianna, quinn, reksai, skarner, varus, velkoz, volibear, zac, and zyra-

-My top 3 champs are hard to say, but I'm pretty good with kayle, braum, and sivir-

-I'd like to join b/c I have irl friends I play lol with, and want to see how I work when with new guys. Also I like meeting new people-

-I'm a really good pinger, which would make me useful on the team. I have a great understanding of what to build when that my friends always remind me of. My co-ordination is pretty solid with friends, and I have a good eye for warding when playing a solo lane-

-I need to work on warding objectives properly as a support, which I forget about around midgame. I also sometimes miss allied pings even though I myself always remember to mia. This problem is easily solved by calling mia in skype-

-I'm willing to learn, but I don't like being berated.-

-Do you rage sometimes?- It isn't that I rage. It's that I get mad when I lose a game and I don't know what I did wrong. I try to take everything out of every game I play and improve on it. It's not like I go afk but more that I get frustrated when I don't know how I could have improved my play on that last game. -Main Role- ADC -Champ pool- Graves, Jinx, Corki, Draven, Ezreal, Vayne, Cait -Top 3 champs of that champ pool- Jinx, Graves, Draven -Why you want to join?- I have felt like I cannot improve more from the point I am at. I have hit a brick wall that I don't know how to get past. I had this same situation a year ago and I joined a team and soon I found myself improving and picking up new mechanics over time. -Positive of having you on the team?- I have so much tournament experience. I got first place four times with one time. And won other RP tourneys. I know how team chemistry works and the difference from criticism and just flaming. -Negatives(stuff you need to work on)- My laning phase is what I feel like I need to work on. I will make stupid trades and have to pot or miss a ton of cs in exchange for some damage. I also have a problem with catching up in levels in some occasions if I come out of lane 0/1 but with a decent amount of farm. -Willing to learn?- Yup. That's the reason why I apply and play this game altogheter.

Do you rage sometimes?- Occasionally if i get a really bad player on my team but not in premade teams. -Main Role- Jungle -Champ pool- I can play every jungle champ I have, but I prefer ganking junglers such as J4, Amumu, Vi -Top 3 champs of that champ pool- J4, Amumu, Vi -Why you want to join?- I have been looking for a ranked team to play with, I enjoy playing on an active team. -Positive of having you on the team?- I am very friendly and like to work together with other people to win games, I have good objective control, I know a lot about the game because i have played sense season 1, I can adapt my play style to what is needed for the team and the specific match. -Negatives(stuff you need to work on)- Need to remember to ward more -Willing to learn?- I am very willing to learn and to try to get better at League

-Rarely and if I do it's trying to be constructive and gather a toxic team together

-Support

-Morgana, Janna, Zilean, Soraka, Nami, Alistar, Blitzcrank, Thresh. I can pick up new supports pretty easily through

Top 3 are Soraka, Morgana, Janna

-I want to join because I'm looking for a good group to have fun and learn with

-Relaxed, Good instinct, early game warding, supportive and good communication

-Late Game warding falls off too much, can be a little too passive at times

-Do you rage sometimes?- The only time i really "rage" is when i either lost my team the game and I did something really dumb to cause the loss

-Main Role- I can really play anything i enjoy mid the most but to be honest I am not that good

-Champ pool- Top- Gnar, Maokai, Sion Jungle- Rek'Sai, Olaf, Vi Mid- Zed, Xerath, Ahri ADC- Jinx, Sivir, Kallista Support- Janna, Annie, Morgana

-Top 3 champs of that champ pool- Rek'Sai (As Long As My Team Can Follow Up With My Knockup) Xerath, and Olaf

-Why you want to join?- I feel like joining the team would be nice to help learn the game better and understand the teamwork behind the game

-Positive of having you on the team?- I feel like i can bring the teams spirits up when we are in a losing game

-Negatives(stuff you need to work on)- My farming needs some work and i could fall behind a bit

-Willing to learn?- No Doubt

Usually I'm the guy calming the team down and making fun of the trolls/ragers. -Main Role- Mid/Jungle/Top/Support/ADC in order of preference (mid and jungle are really tied) -Champ pool- I own close to 90 champs with tons of runes -Top 3 champs of that champ pool- Diana/Sejuani/Pantheon -Why you want to join?- Getting really frustrated with solo-q. I don't care if I win or lose I just want to have good, fun games with positive people. -Positive of having you on the team?- Positive, calm, able to shot call but also able to follow -Negatives(stuff you need to work on)- Getting caught, going for the kill when I should probably back off -Willing to learn?- What's the point of playing if you aren't willing to learn?

-Do you rage sometimes?- Internally and alone never at team mates

-Main Role- Jungle/supp/adc/top/mid

-Champ pool- about 40 with at least 3 champs for each role

-Top 3 champs of that champ pool- Caitlyn, Ali, Vi

-Why you want to join?- I want to work with people who can make the game more fun while make me better

-Positive of having you on the team?- I will always listen to what team asks. Since Supp and jungle are my prefer roles latley, I am the team slave alot of the times. And I prefer it, being able to help them out when I can.

-Negatives(stuff you need to work on)- Counter picking/build changes. I like to stick to the same items over time, though my range for each champion is wide for each, and when Nerf or buff happens I don;t really know how best to handle the change until late.

-Willing to learn?- PLEASE YES!

I'm sorry if i didn't make it clear. "Main Role" usually means one role. I really don't care if you can play multiple roles.. I'm not looking for someone to fill all roles. Sorry if i disappoint some of you but if you give me answers i don't like then i will have a bit of judgement. Sorry again GL on tryouts everyone who is scheduled so far!! See you on the Rift!

I can get frustrated, but I'm much better at venting peacefully than I used to be. -Main Role- ADC -Champ pool- Caitlyn Jinx Ezreal Graves Sivir Kalista Tristana Ashe Vayne Quinn -Top 3 champs of that champ pool- Caitlyn Jinx Graves -Why you want to join?- Right now I'm looking for a team to have fun on and improve with. There's not much else to say than that. -Positive of having you on the team?- I'm consistent in my role, just what an ADC needs. -Negatives(stuff you need to work on)- CS'ing isn't bad, but defintely needs improvement. I'm bad about running OOM early on champs I'm less familiar with. I royally suck with some of the shorter-range ADCs like Corki and Lucian, so I could use some work on them. There's probably more here that I'm just not aware of yet. -Willing to learn?- Absolutely.

-Do you rage sometimes?- It's rare when I rage, but when I do it because some one did something that I think is way out of the question... -Main Role-Top -Champ pool- Irelia Gnar Chogath Maokai I can play carry top laners, but that's not ideal for 5's -Top 3 champs of that champ pool- Irelia Gnar Chogath -Why you want to join?- I want to play competitively with an organized team and have fun and win... -Positive of having you on the team?-I can step in to be a shot caller, and I can read match up well. -Negatives(stuff you need to work on)- If i knew wouldn't be gold 5 -Willing to learn?- Anything really
