LF Jesus to come forth and help me

Okay so a few things that I want. 1.) A good duo partner silver 3+ (yes I know I am silver 4..but I was silver 3 last night so I am still silver 3 in my mind.) 2.) A coach of plat+ to find a way to carry these people in solo queue 3.) Someone to explain to me how this matchmaking system works because I swear I get the short straw.

8 win streak (get into silver 3..feelin like a boss) then league realizes im getting 24 LP a game and climbing too fast so they send the noob patrol to balance me out back to silver 4. Now I am on a 6 loss streak and I am right back where I started at the 8 win streak. I think I am a good player overall (not the best by any means or I wouldn't be silver) but I am just hopeless over here.
