Support/Jungle Main Looking for Active 5's Team

I am a mid Silver player looking for an active ranked 5's team to join. I main support and jungle. I am on daily and am willing to practice. Champion Pool for Jungle: Nocturne, Lee Sin, Wukong, Rengar, Amumu, Aatrox, Jarvan IV, Master Yi, Pantheon, Shaco, Rammus, Xin Zhao, Warwick, Volibear, Malphite, Zac, Jax and Vi. I am working on Udyr, Nunu, Kha'Zix, Sejuani and Skarner.

Also, I am looking to join a team of adults, meaning everyone is 18+ years old. I don't want to deal with kids when playing League. Thank!!
