Looking for Duo Partner or Team

I am currently in my placement matches but, last season I was placed silver 3 and didn't really play a whole lot during the season. This season I am looking to climb and I would rather do it with some one that I know because I really hate solo queuing. My main role is Jungle but I really don't care where i play. Some things about me are I am a sort of easy going guy but i can be pretty passive aggressive ( I am working on it :P) The main things that I am looking for in a partner are: VoIP Playing in the morning time EST (8am+) I play pretty much all day as a non working online college student Don't care what rank you are as long as you are willing to learn with me Try not to rage a lot.
