What's the teams expectation for practice? Being an adult (unfortuniately) I do work a 40 hour week. Any ideas for practice times?

Sorry for the questions, just I myself am taking it a lot more seriously these last few months (been playing since beta) and my RL friends don't do their homework on this or take it as seriously as they should... thus I am here, on the TR forum.
Will you be on 9am? Worked the midnight shift and will be on when I get in.
