TOP - play meta champs (gnar,rumble ect.) good map awareness JG - be able to early game shot call and decent champ pool AD- Just be able to carry
- must have Team speak there will be scheduled practice times and joining the team still means you need play solo Q and always be improving. don't just get on for practice times.
