New Ranked 5's Team LF ADC (Silver 5+)

Looking for the positions posted above. I myself have over 8 months of experience playing in an organized team that competed in small tournaments. We are searching for dedicated players towards their role and becoming an improved player individually and in an organized team setting. We would have a pretty consistent time frame for practices starting at 6 P.M. PST and going for 2-3 hours depending on how the team feels.
