Looking for a Duo Partner

Looking for a duo partner around my level that wants to get to gold 5 by the end of the season 4 (November 11). It seems pretty difficult, but I'm going to try and hopefully, someone else is willing to do also. I'm currently in Silver 5. I used to be in Silver 4, but I took a break and I dropped down. I mainly play mid, jung, or sup.
