I just wanna play tourney's / customs :(

Everytime i join a discord we play some customs and then someone gets tilted and boom it doesn't continue. I just love playing customs with some buddys and am looking for a server that feels the same. looking for people who are chill don't get tilted after losing customs and just wanna play and have fun (but obviously play well and are competitive but mainly good sports).
