I am looking for people who will be there for ranked team practice and also for when we can give good feedback and take it well and not flame about it. I need people that are not flamers/ragers. I need a group of people that wont just improve as a group but also as individual people. I am really looking for serious league of legends players.

Strengths:I can win lane most of the time, i am good at cs'ing, i ward, not toxic, i try to stay positive and cheer on the team, good game knowledge
Weaknesses, dont have the greatest late game decisions but if we have a shotcaller that can be resolved, sometimes i dont make correct decsions
what makes me a fine pick is that I can make plays, i rely on teamwork to win games, friendly, i have decent game knowlegde, i can adapt to what the team needs, always looking to improve my play, i like being criticised as it makes me better.
