Looking For a 5s Team S2 Support Plat Material

Hello. I'm looking to join a serious ranked team. I'm in central time and my regular hours to play are 8 p.m - 12 a.m. I'm off every weekend and must be notified in advance in order to not have any events conflict with practice schedules.

My warding I believe is pretty good as well as my map awareness. I'm also active in telling my team members to buy wards when they are backing. I'm good at making plays but I do need improvement on making shot calls as well as communicating with my ADC although I feel as though can have synergy with anyone I meet.
