Live in Dallas Oregon looking to build a team

So I'm looking to build a team in Oregon thinking it be easier in the same time zone. I was in one but different time show and skype wasnt enough contact. I'm currently in Bronze 5 sadly but bronze is a dark hole. Hoping if i can get a team together we can build into one of the best in the northwest. Goals are to have fun become strong and hopefully one of the best and new friendships
