Newly started ranked team looking for serious team players, none or the less this team will be well organized. No matter your rank you are able to join this team, just as long as the individual promises to improve them selves within the team. I would much rather prefer eastern time players due to the fact that if I accept other players in other time zones it won't work properly, but if the individual is able to play with the team no matter the time zone then I may consider accepting the player.
