Looking to form Plat+ Ranked 5s team

Hello guys, I'm going to keep it short and sweet. I'm looking to form a ranked 5s team that can attempt to climb the ladder and even make some tournament appearances. All I ask of you is that you are Plat 5 and above. Solo que is great and all, but there is nothing better then having a group of guys u play with on consistent basis and genieuly enjoy the company. I've taken part in ranked teams in past seasons and really made some my best league friends through them. I'm gonna leave a brief questionare below. Other then that, add me in game Zspero. Everything but mid is open.
