Hello my name is Justin IGN : (Lackskills) and I am looking for a few good players to join our team.

**Opening Statement ** I am going to create a team thats is aiming for Platinum by then end of the season. The goal is aimed high because I'd rather fall short of success rather then hit the mark of average expectations. 

Please keep in mind this would be a new team and so we would have to go through placement matches. which means the team will most likely be placed into silver so don't expect to be gold or platinum right away; however I have been putting in the effort to create the structure needed to keep the team going after being established. So if your dedicated and put in the effort as well, then we will succeed. ** Team Expectations and Requirement**

We will play at least 3 days a week. Schedule Day of play will very from Mon-Friday, there will be plenty of notification of scheduled games.

 Weekends off.

Availability needed. 2 to 3 games on Schedule day of play. This is an afternoon team and below are expected availability 

 US Time Zone  1:30 pm to 5:30 pm (PST Pacific) 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm (MST Mountain) 3:30 pm to 7:30pm (CST Central) 4:30 pm to 8:30pm (EST Eastern)

Availability is based on a 4 hour block. This should allow the team to play a minimum of two game.

You are not required to be available every single day. The above time will not change but schedule play time may very within time frame to fit the team's availability.

Invites start no later then 1:45 unless schedule otherwise.

If it's past 1:00pm PST. (2 MST 3 CST 4 EST) please do not start a solo / duo game. There will be little tolerance if you make the other members of your team wait on you. Same applies for late / no show.

Must have decent computer and internet connection

Must be able to stick to a schedule as we'll be involved in making one, Must be able to understand this is a semi-serious team, Must be able to understand and play the current meta, do your research. Must be North American and speak fluent English. Perfect your role, show commitment, play solo queue to improve. Must have Working Mic.

Gold level + or higher 

The ability to download any 3rd party voice program. skype/curse pref (Team will decide which to use)

When goals are met you will be rewarded. If this takes off I'm planning on getting something special for the team.
