Looking to Create a Serious Ranked 5's Team. Looking for Top, ADC, and Support

(At the moment, I want divisions Silver and up)

Information: So I am Dark (You can call me Jared). I am wanting to manage a team at the moment. I have currently put together one team that I am on and am ADC of. I am looking to put together a second team to manage over. With this I am wanting to put together our two teams and become a big circle of friends that can practice together and have scrims and learn from one another. So with this I am looking for every lane position, and looking for shot callers and people that communicate well together and wanting to learn together and grow as a team.

Top Lane Looking for someone that can play both Meta and Non-Meta picks. Meta being : Irelia, Gnar, Lissandra, Kassadin, Sion, and Maokai. (and maybe Jax). Looking for someone that can communicate well, and use tele-port efficiently.

Bot Looking for people that can grow together as a duo lane, and communicate well with Jungler and each other. You guys would have to be confident and have to grow in synergy.

Practice Times Now this is the important part. The schedule for practice is: Everday: 8pm-12am EST. You guys can form an off day within the week, but other than that prep to play every day at these times.

We use Skype mostly, but on the odd chance we use Curse voice just make sure you have it downloaded and such.

About My Past History with Teams I have been putting together a team for the past 4 months, and recently I have had to made hopefully my final changes to the roster. I have had 3 of members here for the full 4 months , but we have been having trouble with our solo laners recently and keeping them on the team. The reason i wanted to start a second team was because to help us 5 grow as a team and always have scrim/practice partners available and have a group of friends that can learn from one another.

I'm a very talented adc. My friend recently gave me his bronze account, and I'd like to play on the team with this account. I'm currently gold though. Not sure if this will pose a problem?

i was plat 3 last season and ive been pkaying leaegue for about 4-5 years now. and i have only played support. literally my friends wouldnt let me play anything else lol. Ive been apart of many teams and many tournaments. i have won 3 tournaments in my 5 years playing, NGG tournament for 3200 RP and triumphant ryze skin, and 2 other local tournaments for money. i am a very team oriented player. i dont do alot of solo q just because i dont like how every adc is different. id like to find a good adc and we can work from there. i main . O hey, thats every support :D. lol i can play every support well and own every champ so i am a good first pick person. i am unranked right now just becuase like i said i dont like to play ranked without a proper adc in bot lane. so add me ingame and we can talk :D
