Looking for a duo or a small team to improve with

What I mean by the title specifically is that I'm looking for people who want to play norms, pref the same few champs, to get good enough with them to easily advance in ranked. Although I don't mind mixing some ranked games in there. My end goal is to get pretty serious with ranked and teams down the road. I figure if there are some like minded interested people we could build up some chemistry before hand. I pretty much main the bot lane and to some extent I can play mid. I'm currently a Silver V and I will select my main champions when I have a partner or small team. I have a teamspeak for communication and its a must. Please post or pm me if you're interested.
