I'm interested in forming a gold+ level ranked 5s team. I have a near full team formed but I need to have a good list of subs (Which essentially would be a 2nd team). Please fill out the application and I'll add suitable candidates in game to discuss try outs and such.

Requirements : o Gold or higher in solo queue. o 18+ o Must have Skype. o Be available from 6:30pm Central to around 8:30pm Central for practices during the weekdays. o High availability during weekends.

Please reply, answering the following questions: o What is your IGN? o What is your best and desired role? o What are your top 5 champions within the role you're interested in? o What is your solo queue rank? o What can we do, as a team, to become a successful and long lasting group?

First, find a defined captain, different from the team owner, a captain is to call plays to be followed without question in games, and to be discussed only after the game, (voice communication chat cleared other than communication about that game when in ranked games) second, build team chemistry before ranked play, & learn eachothers voices.
