Gold Jungler/Top Looking for Serious 5v5 Team

Looking for a serious team to join that is looking to help one another get better, and looking to get into competitive online play. I have worked with teams before, and played both jungle and top in a couple competitive tournaments, and looking for a team that is serious to get to competitive play, and try to dominate.

By serious, I mean consistent practices a week, review our matches together, plan our team comps, and work with each other individually to ensure we are bringing our A games.
