New team LFM! (Top, ADC, Jungle)

I am the manager for a committed 5's team and we're currently looking for 3 members!

What we're looking for:

• Jungler
• Top
• ADC

Requirements:

• Must be Plat V+
• Must be able to commit to the schedule
• Good communication
• Good objective control
• Shotcalling (Although not required, it is highly preferred)
• At least some experience with ranked 5's teams

What our schedule generally looks like:

• We start at** 7:00 PM CST** on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and we finish around 11:00 PM CST on those same days.
• Fridays are your days to decompress from the work/school week and enjoy your social lives; for those that have them.
• Saturdays we like to start a little bit earlier, around 6PM CST. This'll allow you to get over your hangovers, quickly run to Denny's to eat some bacon, and return home to shower off the vomit that's somehow found its way onto your brand-new white shirt, but you don't know where it came from. We'll finish whenever somebody can't continue.
• Sundays will be admin days. Admin days are where I do my job as the manager and get you all prepared for the following week.
• Sundays are also follow-up days for weekend-long tournaments.
• Mondays will depend on you all.

Our goals as a team:

• Enjoy each other's company
• Continue to improve individually, as well as a team
• Practice at least 3x per week
• Compete in tournaments
• Consistent participation

The Need-To-Know:

• We're a pretty flexible and understanding team.
• Do not add me in-game.
• All final administrative decisions will be made by me, the manager
• All concerns will be addressed privately
• I don't deal with childish drama.
