LF ADC Duo Rank Partner. high Silver or Gold Pref.

Hi I'm HGU Cookie, I'm currently Silver 3 77 LP, Last night I was in my promos to Silver 2 but sadly lost. I was on an 11 rank game win streak last night and right before that I was on a 13 rank game win streak. I main support and I'm in need of a duo ADC who knows what he is doing. I like Playing Leona, Blitz, Thresh, Annie.

Side note: I use all types of communications like Curse Voice, Team Speak, Skype, etc. So I do prefer if we can talk while we play (better communication). I have been playing League for over 3 years now, I'm ranking up my Silver 3 account, but I do also have a gold 2 account that I use ever now and then for the lols.
