Gold 1 Support, need ADC Main.

I really just play Janna or Soraka, was plat 3 about 2 seasons ago on another account, but quit playing. I'm back now, looking to climb the next couple days before college starts. I don't flame, discord works too. Preferably a plat ADC because I want advice and tips while playing.
