Hey!

I'm a marketing student and I'm interested in how Riot markets their game. Could someone give me some insight?

One of the responses I received was, "I do believe that word of mouth was really big early on and because this free-to-play game at a time where that was unheard of, that really spread like wildfire. Along side it being a 5v5 competitive multiplayer game, people were able to play together from all around the states and the world."

I'm also aware that "Riot Games have been doing well marketing LOL and that contributors such as ADs and the LCS have made big impacts on the number of players in game"
