Requirements:
- bronze 3+ solo que rank
- Availability to practice with the team at least 3-4 nights a week PST - EST
- Availability to play a minimum of 10 games a week (5 or more games each practice night)
- Skype for communication
- Decent mic, echoing, static feedback
- Willing to listen to the team captain's and/or coach's pick requests and willing to adapt play style to fit team strategies
- Must not argue, rage, troll, or flame your team mates or the enemy team's players
- Willing to change your summoner name tob after a 4 week period, to decide if you're going to stick with the team (Name change will be paid for by team management, only if you cannot afford the name change.)
- At least 4 rune pages and diverse runes for every possible match up is a must, although there is no set amount of rune pages you need, more is better
- Fluent English speaking only, as communication is key to victory. We don't care if English isn't your first language as long as you speak properly and we can understand you
- Two or more years of experience in League of Legends, Sorry but game knowledge isn't something that forms over night and we just don't want players trying to learn every aspect of the game while trying to climb, we want players who already have extensive game knowledge

Player Bio -300 characters minimum-: Not really sure what should be added here. I'm 36, married and a father of 2. I play league with my 17 year old son and I just like it more then him i guess. I have been stuck in silver since season 2 and I really want to get out of it, so I'm willing to do what i can to advance. I'm open to all criticisim but I'm too old to get into flame wars. My account has never been punished.
