Looking for serious climbing partner.

Hello! I'm currently looking for someone serious to climb with as the title says.

My goal is to climb to Diamond within the next few months, so I'm looking for someone who is on the same page mentally. I also have more wins than loses and don't plan to change that anytime soon, I would like it if you had more wins than defeats as well.

I'm looking for players that don't rage and are willing to turn a losing game around without losing their cool. Also, someone that wins their lane 70% of the time and knows two roles really really well. I'm also looking for someone who understands most aspects of the game and is willing to learn more or watch videos/read up on topics.
