Creating new team

I am in Bronze 1 atm and want to create a team made up of people around my skill lvl but can be stretched, i would like you to have at LEAST around 300 wins in normal 5v5 i have 295 atm. You must have skype for best communication or maybe curse depends on the group. im best in top and bot i think and am pretty good mid, i play darius the best top and i play yasuo mid and have liked playing jinx bot but not sure if i would use her in a ranked game. I can play other roles like jg or support but do not enjoy it and not the best at it. If you would like to join add me on league or comment below and i will check this sometime later tomorrow or the next day. I do have school but not a lot of homework and i am a senior in HS and am on league usually everyday unless there is something going on. What i want from this team is to climb to the top and the first goal is to just play normal games and get use to each others play style and communication, we have to talk to one another to win games and it is all about teamwork. I do not like people who get frustrated easily but can deal with them because when you get really angry you make stupid plays and throw the game. just be calm and if you need help and cant deal with the guy in lane talk to us we will be there for u we are a team. The first big goal is to leave bronze and get the whole team to silver and we will keep going! hope whoever is interested will be able to join and play league with us as a team. Btw its only me atm lol. Come join! I am currently talking to multiple people so if i cant get to you i am sorry or if your position is taken i cant do anything but we could also make a branch team of some sort or i can help make another team im not sure it really depends on you guys.
