looking to put together a rank 5s team (practice times after 4pm PST)

Hello, my names Jeremy. I started playing leagues a little less then a year ago. I have had fun playing solo que but am looking to try the next step which is playing on a ranked team. I am seeking 4 starters and 4 subs that are interested in practicing at least a couple times a week in the evenings. Please give me some information about yourself;

I wanna win of course but its rly not the most important thing to me. I wanna keep it casual and find positive people who are looking to improve themselves as well as the team around them. As long as everyone's having fun and improving you wont hear any complaints from me.
