Foxtrot 5 eSports looking to pick up management for High Plat/Diamond team

We at Foxtrot 5 have a LoL team who is already established and winning games in its league and in tournaments. I am looking to bring in a management staff who can help bring our players to the next level in their team play. Up until this point, I have been participating as a sort of interim coach, and even though we haven't dropped a game (except for in scrims) I feel like somebody could be able to give more to them than I can by myself. They deserve that at least.
