LF A strong player to help climb back to G3 from S2

You can be a smurf or just a really good gold V player or somethin i just need help getting back to gold, cause its kinda hard when all u get are feeders and when you play your first 2 games of the day manage to get 3 afks under 30min its great... pls help!
