Silver V Mid/Top Looking for Fives Team

I recently climbed out of Bronze and made it to Silver 4. I'm a solid mid/top. Some points about my playstyle:

I pick to counter during draft phase I build to counter based on who is carrying on the enemy team I ward frequently and buy pinks I usually run TP to help respond to ganks and make plays I have Dragon awareness and will help control that objective I make sure lanes are pushed up I get caught out less than other players on average.
