Making/Managing High Elo Team(s) Serious (Possibly 3 teams)(Gold, Plat, Diamond)

I am creating a new team of high elo players. This team will be semi-formal. We will have a few mandatory practices, but will have informal/optional practices as well. My goal is to manage a team and see how far we can get. Personally I have shit reflexes and mechanics, yet I find I do have a very good understanding of the game, and I have coached several players from plat/gold and helped them rise to diamond. I am not saying I will be coaching, but it could happen if we all agree with it. I am looking to have a co-captain who could help me manage practice dates. I personally will be holding tournaments with prize money that we can participate in. That can be talked about later. Now onto the team.

So first of all, I will talk about what type of players I am looking for. I do not want a team of one trick ponies, I understand that you are kickass at your Urgot Jg, but I want none of it. I guess a list of ideal traits would help.

• Well-tempered
• Intelligent
• Mechanically adept
• Aware
• Good at teamwork
• 3-5+ champ pool for your lane

Obviously if you aren't perfect that is okay, as long as you are willing to get better.
