Honestly I don't have a whole lot of much when it comes to champions/runes.etc. But i've been a competitive gamer most of my existance so i'm learning to play this game with a ranked team. At vVv we have a nice team program in place. Each player has to go through a probationary period to ensure reliability and that they won't disappear after a few games. This is also the time to scout players who you have good synergy with. We have our own season where teams compete for first place. Additionally each team scrims once per week and is streamed and shoutcasted.
