Silver JG Main looking for a Ranked Team

I am currently Silver 4, about a game and a series away from 3, and don't plan on stopping. I can handle myself in Gold Games as well, as I have duo partners in Gold and above. It would be fun and much less aggravating if I had a whole team to play and communicate with! :) I communicate well, let my plans/ganks be known in advance and I can follow a shot caller, or even be one. I'm looking for an organized team who can respond to opportunities given by enemy deaths, re-spawn times or just their general whereabouts. For example, if we kill 2-3 enemies late game, I'd like to have a team who would respond instantly to a baron or dragon ping, get things done quick, and efficiently. I want a team who doesn't blame anyone but themselves for a loss. A team that thinks.. "What could I have done to change the outcome of that game?" A team can accept being carried, as well as carrying. For example, if theres a very low chance you are going to get fed in your lane, you should be ok with staying back defensively, and letting other lanes get fed, to carry you. Rather than trying 100 times for kills that only gets you killed and taxes the team. P.S. - I'm Salt Free
