Ranked 5's Team LF Coach

Hi I'm the Jungler for Stratospheric Gaming and we are currently looking for a coach to work with us in the night time to help improve our skills and climb higher. We are all made up of goldplus players excluding myself in Silver. However we started Ranked 5's in Silver 5 and have climbed to Silver two since July and currently we just feel stuck and would look outside insight on improvement.
